Email Attorney Tompkins practices in the area of civil litigation. Mr. Tompkins has extensive experience litigating construction loss claims, commercial matters, premises liability matters, third party automobile negligence claims, general negligence matters and product liability disputes. He is licensed to practice in Michigan’s state and federal courts. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Grand Rapids Bar Association and the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. He also serves as a case evaluator in Kent County and Muskegon County. He participates in Legal Aid of West Michigan’s Pro Bono Program. Mr. Tompkins earned his B.A. degree from Hillsdale College and his J.D. degree cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law.
