Kerr L. Moyer graduated from Michigan State University with high honors in 1978. He graduated from The Dickinson School of Law (now Pennsylvania State University) in 1982.
Following law school he clerked for the Hon. Richard M. Shuster. He entered private practice focusing on insurance defense matters. He has handled cases involving insurance coverage, first and third party no-fault, and professional liability. He has tried over 80 jury trials and is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
